Health & Wellness Support

Recovery is strengthened when physical, mental, and emotional health are addressed together. R.A.Y.S. Unlimited is a nonclinical recovery residence that supports residents through education, structured programming, and community partnerships.

Physical Health & Recreation

We encourage healthy routines and active lifestyles through:

  • Physical fitness and wellness engagement

  • Access to local recreation opportunities, including the YMCA

  • Structured recreational and community activities

Medical Support & Coverage

We assist residents in navigating healthcare systems through:

  • Support applying for MinnesotaCare (MNCare)
  • Referrals to local clinics and hospitals for medical care
  • Guidance in establishing ongoing healthcare access

Mental Health & Emotional Wellness

We provide structured, nonclinical support while collaborating with licensed professionals through community partnerships:

  • On-site groups and educational classes
  • Referral access to a consulting psychologist
  • Partnership with ElevaCare for streamlined access to licensed professional services
  • Referrals to Southwest Mental Health Center (SWMHC)

Wellness-Based Programming

  • Nonclinical wellness-based programming through Creative Healing Space, Inc. in partnership with RISE Wellness, offering structured emotional wellness support, creative expression opportunities, and life-skills development
  • Optional Faith & Finance programming through Love INC

Spiritual Growth

Spiritual development is an important part of the R.A.Y.S. Unlimited environment. We encourage residents to explore purpose, personal meaning, and long-term fulfillment as part of their recovery journey.

Participation in spiritual activities is voluntary and respectful of individual beliefs.

Residents have access to:

  • An optional on-site Bible study through Worthington Covenant Church
  • Celebrate Recovery meetings in Worthington, hosted weekly at Lakeside Church

Housing & Living Environment

R.A.Y.S. Unlimited provides structured sober housing in a multi-unit residential setting designed to promote stability, accountability, and community.

Residents benefit from:

  • Private living quarters within a shared multi-unit facility
  • Access to a full kitchen and common living areas
  • A residential neighborhood setting near Lake Okabena, a central part of the Worthington community https://www.ci.worthington.mn.us/parks-recreation
  •  Capacity limited to 12 residents to maintain structure and community integrity

Our housing model is intentionally sized to foster accountability, peer support, and individualized attention while maintaining a safe and structured recovery environment.

Employment & Workforce Support

Employment is a key component of long-term stability. R.A.Y.S. Unlimited coordinates with employers in Worthington and surrounding communities to help residents secure full- or part-time work opportunities.

Residents receive support with:

  • Identifying skills, experience, and employment goals
  • Completing job applications and preparing for interviews
  • Developing workplace accountability and routine
  • Building long-term employment stability

Certified Peer Recovery Specialists provide practical guidance and encouragement throughout the process, helping residents move from short-term placement toward sustained independence.
